We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Global Logistics Manager / Head of Logistics to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations, with a primary focus on the US market.
This role combines ownership, execution, and continuous improvement. The right candidate will take full responsibility for logistics performance while being directly involved in day-to-day operations and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Logistics Management
Own and manage all international and domestic logistics activities, with a strong focus on the US market
Oversee import (primary) and export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customs requirements
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers
US Market Expertise (B2B & E-commerce)
Lead logistics operations into and within the US, including:
Import processes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
Domestic transportation (FTL/LTL, parcel, last mile)
Manage logistics flows supporting both:
B2B distribution (wholesale, retail, distributors)
Amazon marketplace / e-commerce operations (FBA/FBM)
Build and manage relationships with US-based freight carriers and logistics partners
3PL & Warehouse Management
Establish, onboard, and manage 3PL warehouses (primarily in the US)
Ensure alignment with both B2B and e-commerce fulfillment requirements
Define and monitor KPIs and service levels
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment
Cost Management & Optimization
Manage logistics costs across freight and warehousing
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Support negotiations with logistics providers
Process & Systems
Improve logistics processes, workflows, and visibility
