Join Keysight’s front-line technical team supporting cutting-edge RF and test systems used by leading hi-tech companies across EMEA. Responsibilities Engage with customers, sales, and service teams across EMEA to deliver post‑sales technical support, Install, configure, and support for General Test Equipment related issues of varied scope and complexity involving RF instruments, power supplies, function generators, counters, and related software. Deliver timely and effective remote post-sales technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Reproduce customer issues in lab or simulated environments and drive resolution Act as the technical interface between customers and the Keysight Worldwide Support organization Work in close cooperation with Keysight product engineering, software, and solution centers Provide high‑quality front‑line remote technical support, owning customer issues end‑to‑end Communicate clearly and professionally in English, document cases accurately, and contribute to knowledge sharing Represent Keysight with professionalism, accountability, and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
דרישות המשרה:
Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent scientific discipline. Strong technical Background in RF, Electrical Engineering, Electronic components, Networking & IT solutions. Familiarity with test & measurement environments, strong knowledge of RF, Scopes, Wave Generators, and Spectrum Analyzers. Ability to perform instrument SW installations and configuration, Operating system environments (primarily Windows), Basic IP networking and remote connectivity. Experience with remote support tools and customer‑facing technical support. Experience & knowledge of Programming, SCPI commands, instrument control, and basic automation concepts. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Structured problem‑solving approach and clear technical documentation skills. Soft Skills Strong customer‑oriented mindset with a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to build rapport, trust, and long‑term relationships with customers. Proactive ownership, accountability, and reliable follow‑through. Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
