Enercon Technologies is a leading provider of advanced power and networking solutions for military, aviation, and space applications.
We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our Product Team, focused on Aerospace, Defense & Rugged networking solutions.
The role combines technical engineering, customer-facing work, and collaboration with global teams, with exposure to real-world systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support technical proposals (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and compliance documentation.
Prepare and maintain product datasheets and technical materials.
Work with Sales and R&D to define customer solutions.
Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical support.
Collaborate with Sales, PM, and Configuration teams.
Support global customers.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, switching, IP fundamentals).
Strong problem-solving skills, with a fast-learning approach.
High motivation to grow in a technical, customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
Advantages:
Experience in a technical customer-facing role (Application Engineer, Technical Support, Pre/Post-Sales Engineering).
Background in networking, embedded systems, or communication systems (industry, internships, or academic projects).
Experience writing technical documentation (proposals, datasheets, system descriptions).
Exposure to defense/aerospace standards.
Hands-on experience with system integration, lab work, or troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, switching, IP fundamentals).
