A Quality Program Manager for our Aerospace division at the company’s Haifa site

In this role you will
Take full ownership of quality management throughout the program lifecycle, from contract signing through project execution, deliveries, and ongoing support
Plan, prepare, and manage quality work plans to meet program objectives against contract requirements
Prepare milestone plans, including participation in reviews with external customers
Manage and develop the relationship with the customer (POC) abroad and with partners in subsidiaries and business partners
Support engineering throughout the product development process, approve specifications and procedures, and conduct quality audits during development
Identify vulnerabilities at all program stages, initiate and lead improvement opportunities
Lead and participate in failure investigations and internal and external quality events
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, program management, manufacturing, procurement, and additional stakeholders
