PA responsibilities:Full secretarial and administrative support to the Ambassador, including managing the Ambassador’s office and diary;Management and organisation of representational events and functions;Management of Official Residence;Management of the Embassy driverףMaintaining and managing contact and correspondence with the Protocol section at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of other relevant authorities, stakeholders and providers;Maintaining and managing local Embassy contacts.Other Duties as required:Providing excellent customer service; telephone, email and in person;Supporting Official visits;Other duties as required from time to time and directed by the Ambassador and Deputy Head of Mission and other posted staff as necessary.Terms and conditions of employment:Working hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week: 9am to 5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am to 1pm on Friday;The salary for the position is 191,654.99 NIS Gross per annum. Thirteenth month (included in the above figure & payable in two instalments (travel and welfare are also included in the above figure).
