Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the organization’s worldwide testing equipment, manufacturing equipment , facilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company equipment needs and technical requirements, for all the company sites at global perspective.
Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with external contractors.
Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
Manage maintenance, equipment and testing equipment budgets, procurement, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs.
Ensure 24/7 plant and facility operation
