At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and infrastructure environments – required. Proven experience working with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, etc. – optional. Strong knowledge of networking, communication protocols, and infrastructure systems – advtange. Hands-on experience working with Linux environments – significant advantage. Experience with WEB/PHP-based environments – significant advantage. Experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise-scale infrastructure and production environments. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage ongoing projects and operational tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
