Requirements • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience as a CTO\VP R&D or senior technology leader within a scale-up SaaS environment. • Scaling Track Record: Success in growing engineering teams (ideally from ~15 to 50+ members). • Technical Mastery: Deep background in SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure. • Stack Proficiency: Strong technical command over: ◦ C# / .NET for scalable backend services. ◦ Next.js for modern, responsive web applications. ◦ Python for data science and AI/ML applications. • Execution & Strategy: A blend of high-level strategic thinking and the ability to provide hands-on engineering oversight when necessary. • Management: Experience leading in-house teams across Data, Web, and DevOps.
