of a new system built from scratch, with responsibility for architecture, development,
and end-to-end technology leadership.
Responsibilities
 Lead and mentor a development team both professionally and managerially.
 Take full ownership of designing and building a new system from requirements
through production deployment.
 Remain hands-on in development while leading the team and driving technology
decisions.
 Lead end-to-end development processes including Design, Development, Testing,
and Delivery.
 Establish application infrastructure and engineering standards.
 Work closely with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
