Enercon Technologies is a leading company in developing Power and Networking Products for the Defense Industry. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team!
The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales activities to drive revenue growth. This role combines market research, proactive outreach, and internal and external cross-functional collaboration to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners to support the company’s overall growth.
Job Description:
Execution of existing and future business development plans generated by BD Analysts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets through research and proactive outreach.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads across various channels to support pipeline growth.
Cooperate, support, and contribute to the sales team and processes and revenue growth initiatives.
Constant Support of market research, program, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Support outreach activities, including emails, calls, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and business development materials.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer & pipeline data.
Track, analysis, and report on business development performance and key metrics.
Monitor performance and continuously improve strategies, partner profiles, and business development.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Min. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (mandatory).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with strong verbal and written English proficiency (mandatory).
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of technology and business strategy.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain diverse relationships.
Strong understanding of sales processes and business development principles.
Passion for technology and relationship-building.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce– an advantage.
