We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Environmental Specialist to join our EHS department for a maternity leave replacement position. This role focuses on the implementation and execution of existing environmental, health & safety policies, ensuring full compliance while actively supporting day-to-day operational activities in the field.
Implement and maintain existing environmental, health & safety (EHS) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and Limagrain group standards
Execute work orders and corrective actions related to environmental and safety requirements
Conduct routine site inspections to identify environmental and safety hazards, and ensure proper follow-up
Support and monitor waste management processes, including reduction initiatives and proper disposal practices
Ensure compliance with permits and licenses (business license, poisons permit, etc.)
Coordinate and support regulatory inspections, including wastewater inspections and internal audits
Maintain documentation and records related to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems
Work closely with operational teams to ensure safe and environmentally compliant work practices
Support EHS training activities and promote awareness among employees
Assist in safety management, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of preventive measures What we are looking for
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and trends related to the company’s environmental and sustainability goals
Supporting managers across different units in implementing requirements
Data analysis and report generation for continuous improvement; initiating improvement actions based on data analysis
Preparing periodic reports and presentations for senior management
Responsibility for reporting under the Packaging Law
Coordination with international company sites and group management stakeholders
