A stable and growing company is looking for an Import & Purchasing Coordinator for a diverse and dynamic role involving daily communication with suppliers in Israel and abroad, order management, and end-to-end coordination of import and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and issuing purchase orders with overseas suppliers
Daily communication with suppliers in English, both written and verbal
Monitoring orders and deliveries
Full responsibility for the import and shipping process, from order placement to goods arrival
Coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal company departments
Handling import documentation and tracking delivery schedules
Working closely with internal teams and processing company purchase requests
Ongoing work with the Priority ERP system – a significant advantage
