For our Holon site, we are looking for an AI Engineering Lead for a senior technical role focused on hands-on development alongside professional leadership and AI architecture definition across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of advanced GenAI solutions aimed at streamlining and enhancing business processes and core systems
Develop and architect systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and multi-step workflows
Define and develop ETL Pipelines to feed RAG systems
Work with Cloud infrastructure and manage API integrations with enterprise systems
Own model deployment in production environments, manage Kubernetes including air-gapped environments and GPU resource allocation
Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and coaching to technical teams
Establish engineering standards for development, information security, and monitoring of AI tools across the organization
