We are seeking a leader to spearhead the introduction and growth of innovative regenerative medical devices in the U.S. medical and aesthetic markets.
We are developing novel regenerative technologies for multiple clinical and aesthetic indications.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead market entry and expansion activities across the U.S. medical and aesthetic sectors.
• Develop and execute business development, sales, and commercialization strategies.
• Build relationships with private clinics, physicians, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships, licensing deals, and M&A initiatives.
• Support regulatory and clinical strategy discussions, including FDA-related processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance commercial performance and decision-making.

Qualifications
• Senior-level experience within the medical device industry.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development, commercial leadership, and medical device sales.
• Strong network and experience selling to U.S. private clinics, particularly within medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulatory pathways and clinical evaluation processes.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and supporting M&A and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools for business, sales, marketing, or operational activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale new markets.
Preferred
• Experience launching innovative or disruptive medical technologies in the U.S. market.
• Background in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, dermatology, wound care, or related specialties.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
