תיאור המשרה:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in financial operations, reporting, process optimization, and strategic system initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a major NetSuite re-implementation project and digital finance transformation initiative.
Monitor financial data flows and ensure accurate postings to the General Ledger (GL).
Perform bank and cash reconciliations, including merchant and payment platforms.
Review and approve payment runs.
Prepare and record accruals (inventory and expenses) and maintain cut-off accounts.
Lead the monthly close process for the Israeli entity.
Support the monthly close process for the U.S. entity.
Prepare Actual vs. Budget reports and management analyses.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, including the use of AI within finance operations.
Build dashboards and actionable reporting for finance and business leadership.

CPA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role with significant responsibility.
Strong hands-on accounting and financial reporting experience.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Advantages:

Experience in eCommerce, Retail, or other high-growth environments.
