תיאור המשרה:
The Quality & Reliability Engineer will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams to ensure products meet quality and reliability requirements from development through production and deployment. The role combines reliability engineering, quality analysis, root-cause investigation, and qualification support to improve product performance and reduce operational risk.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, Product Assurance, or related technical roles.
• Experience with FMEA, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and reliability methodologies.
• Experience supporting qualification and environmental test activities.
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience reviewing manufacturing, test, and field performance data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
