תיאור המשרה:
The NPI Process Engineer is responsible for defining, maintaining, and continuously improving production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability for new products (NPI) and On going products. The role focuses on process ownership, implementation of engineering methodologies, DFX, Responsible on production files and supporting stable production while enabling yield, cycle time, and cost improvements.

BSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a NPI Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Production Engineering Methodologies
Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5W
Ability to define and document production processes and specifications.
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with process validation and qualifications.
Familiarity with ECO and change management processes.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
