תיאור המשרה:
We are seeking a Product Engineer for our Sderot facility to lead product and production processes for advanced defense systems.
This position includes end-to-end responsibility for improving production processes, providing engineering support to production lines, leading NPI processes, solving complex technical issues, designing fixtures and tools, and continuous optimization of workflows and integration
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and improve production processes on manufacturing lines for defense products
Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) processes—transitioning products from development to production, including integration and assembly support
Overall technical responsibility for products throughout their lifecycle, including handling recurring issues and providing field solutions
Design dedicated fixtures, jigs, and tools for production and testing
Provide ongoing engineering support to production lines in Israel and abroad
Collaborate closely with multiple interfaces: R&D, quality assurance, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams
Write and update production documents, work instructions, and engineering drawings
Lead engineering change orders (ECOs) to improve efficiency, quality, and output
Guide, mentor, and train employees in technical and engineering aspects

דרישות המשרה:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in industry
Knowledge and experience with mechanical production processes; ability to read and understand mechanical and assembly drawings
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS
Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors
Ability to work in a global environment in English
Familiarity with production and assembly lines
Experience designing fixtures and jigs—an advantage
Experience working with PLM systems—an advantage
Familiarity with electro-optics/multidisciplinary systems—an advantage
Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead tasks
Independence, responsibility, creative thinking, and a proactive approach
