A global company in the Sharon area is looking for a Recruitment and HR Coordinator

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Responsible for new employee onboarding processes, including preparing an overlap plan and organizing orientation days.
• Accompanying managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting employee learning and development processes and leading training follow-up.
• Assisting in the implementation of global and local organizational programs.
• Accompanying employment termination processes.
• Closing monthly attendance reports and providing support to employees in attendance systems
• Supporting cross-organizational HR projects according to the needs of the department
