תיאור המשרה:
• We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Engineer with a proven track record in the optical components industry.
• Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead prospecting and qualification to closing contracts, pricing negotiations, and securing payments.
• Technical Solution Matching: Understand customer applications and technical challenges; recommend suitable solutions from the product portfolio, including hands-on support during installation.
• Business Development: Identify new market segments, sales opportunities, and manage engagements with both local and international suppliers.
• Account Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, provide post-sales support, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Reporting & Insights: Track industry trends and competitor offerings, and provide daily/weekly progress reports using CRM software.

דרישות המשרה:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical sales, procurement processes, and a strong commercial/marketing orientation.
• Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Physics, Electro-optics, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of optics/electro-optics. Ability to read optical, mechanical, and engineering drawings is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: High self-learning ability, strong independence, excellent written expression, and a true team player.
• Languages: High-level English (speaking, reading, writing) – Mandatory.
• Systems: Experience with Priority – Advantage.
• Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Physics, Electro-optics, or Mechanical Engineering).
