Fast sampling circuits – required
PCB layout , electronic board bring-up – required
Team management – required

Team Leadership:
Manage hardware engineers (analog and digital)
Mentor and grow team members
Hardware Development:
Lead hardware architecture
Design measurement circuits (voltage, current, power, harmonics)
Oversee bring-up and integration
Manage BOM, PCB design, and manufacturing readiness
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with firmware, software, QA
Interface with product management
Coordinate suppliers and manufacturers
