A leading software company is looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development and evolution of its flagship ERP platform.
This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of a mature enterprise product while leading an experienced development team. In addition to leading R&D, the role includes product ownership, close collaboration with customers, and driving the product’s technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8 software engineers.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
• Define and execute the product roadmap based on business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Drive software architecture, technology decisions, innovation, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with enterprise customers, implementation teams, and executive management to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Ensure high development standards, code quality, and timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex development challenges.
