About the Role:
Are you ready to drive the future of enterprise AI? As our Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Governance Lead, you will own the end-to-end enablement, governance, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise—including agents, plugins, connectors, and advanced extensibility.
In this role, you will balance innovation velocity with operational rigor and risk management. You’ll curate high-value capabilities, lead cross-functional approval workflows, enforce robust guardrails, and optimize spend to ensure Copilot is adopted securely, compliantly, and cost-effectively at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Capability Prioritization & Enablement: Curate, prioritize, and roll out Copilot features, agents, and connectors based on business value. Maintain a prioritized release backlog, support enablement campaigns, and drive adoption aligned with enterprise standards.
Governance & Approvals: Own the intake-to-approval workflow. Lead risk reviews and end-to-end sign-offs with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture teams while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Platform Governance & Controls: Define and enforce enterprise guardrails for data access, plugins, and connectors. Oversee complete agent lifecycle management (design, release, monitoring, and retirement).
Extensibility & Integration: Partner with security and architecture teams to safely integrate internal/external APIs, data sources, and third-party agents within a governed framework.
Monitoring, Reporting & FinOps: Establish usage analytics and performance monitoring. Own cost management (PAYG controls, spend optimization, and budgeting) to maximize value per dollar and continuously refine the portfolio.
