The PMO and Budget Manager is responsible for the department projects management, including timeline, budget and resources. Projects include installations of new lines, lines transfers, upgrades, new technologies and new products installations, etc. She/he is responsible for the logistics and shipment of equipment to the sites (from Israel/suppliers/another site). It is expected to develop and implement processes and systems to efficiently manage the projects with the aim of achieving on-schedule and on-budget execution. In addition, she/he manages CAPEX budgets for all Operations functions. Member of Global Extrusion Engineering management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Projects Management and day to day responsibilities
Planning and management of department projects, including timeline, budget, resources etc.
Coordinate between the various functions involved in the projects.
Manage all the logistics aspects, such as shipping, spare parts, purchasing, import/export etc. to and between the sites.
Support all the Engineering teams in procurement and logistics processes, projects management methods to achieve on-schedule and on-budget execution.
Collaborate with Procurement team in defining new suppliers and parts, issue PR’s and follow up deliveries
Manage all the financial aspects of the projects

CAPEX Management:
Coordinate AOP planning of CAPEX (category A,B).
Create and manage CAPEX budgets using SAP system.
Follow up of CAPEX budgets usage and spending
