Define and manage complex, multidisciplinary system requirements for internal R&D teams and subcontractors.
Define and own the end-to-end RF lineup (antenna to digital) with complex trade-offs, including component selection (PA, LNA, filters, converters), KPI definition, silicon design reviews, and advanced RF packaging techniques.
Perform system-level noise budget, link budget, gain, and dynamic range analyses, and cascade them into component-level requirements and KPIs (gain, noise figure, P1dB, IP3, ACLR, EVM, efficiency).
Define specifications for third-party partners to design custom RF silicon (RFIC / beamformer) for the system, and lead the review and approval of their designs.
Define phased-array and antenna architecture considerations, including beamforming, element-level requirements, calibration, and array-level performance.
Define the complete RF front-end PCB architecture and all its interfaces (RF, digital, control, and power) for new satellite payloads.
Define the performance analysis and validation flows for the RF design HW teams
Lead complex trade-off analyses and drive technical decisions across high-profile, multidisciplinary teams.
Own system requirements throughout the full lifecycle, including design reviews, verification, qualification, and validation.
Design advanced methods and system architectures incorporating the full digital front-end (DFE) lineup, including DPD, CFR, calibration, and PA linearization, and related mechanisms to optimize wireless system performance.
Define control procedures, operational flows, and telemetry mechanisms to ensure robust and efficient system performance in the space environment.
Collaborate with world-class R&D teams to create breakthrough technology in an emerging
Support test, qualification, and validation teams, as well as new product introduction for mass production, including optimization of ATE based on characterization and performance analysis.
Support the scaling of service capabilities across multiple constellation generations, optimizing end-to-end ground-to-UE service flows.

BSc in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in designing RF / wireless systems, including hands-on laboratory testing and integration.
Experience in defining RF system-level hardware, interfaces, interactions, specifications and flows.
Deep knowledge of RF components (PA, LNA, filters, mixers, converters) and their KPIs, including how to define and specify them.
Hands-on experience with noise budget and link budget calculations for RF systems.
Experience working with RF validation teams, defining test procedures and validation methods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead tasks & feature teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep knowledge in wireless communication systems and their elements (beam forming, channel estimation, MIMO, coding theory etc.).
Experience with phased-array antenna systems and satellite communication systems.
Experience defining specifications for RF silicon (RFIC) development with external design houses.
Knowledge in digital signal processing related algorithms like DPD/CFR, canceller, DFE etc.
Experience in wireless communication systems development.
Knowledge in wireless commun
