A leading American brand in the Health & Wellness industry is seeking a U.S. Import & Trade Compliance Specialist to lead its import and global logistics activities into the United States.
This is a key, high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for import operations, supply chain, and logistics supporting the U.S. market. The position involves ongoing collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and logistics partners in Israel and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for U.S. import operations, from purchase order through delivery to warehouses in the United States.
Manage ocean, air, and ground transportation in coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance procedures.
Manage relationships with U.S.-based 3PL warehouses and continuously improve logistics processes.
Monitor and improve supply chain performance, including lead times, costs, and service quality.
Manage logistics providers, lead negotiations, and drive cost and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams.
Manage exceptions and resolve operational issues quickly in a dynamic environment.
Develop, track, and continuously improve KPIs and operational processes.
