A leading global high-tech hardware company is seeking an experienced Direct Procurement Specialist to join its procurement team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract and purchase order management, delivery tracking, and building long-term relationships with local and global suppliers. The position requires a strong technical orientation and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process.
Source and evaluate suppliers and conduct market research to identify industry trends, benchmarks and best practices.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage complex commercial and legal agreements.
Issue purchase orders and frame agreements and track delivery schedules.
Identify and lead cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
Review, manage and renew supplier contracts in compliance with procurement policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Procurement buyer especially in computers hardware such as storage components .
Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn and deep dive into complex technologies and processes.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and long-term supplier relationship management.
Experience managing complex commercial and legal agreements while minimizing contractual risks.
Proven experience in budget management, cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
Highly self-driven, agile and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
