A leading global high-tech hardware company is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join its procurement team.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end procurement process for global indirect categories, including Facilities, Marketing, Information Systems-software (50%), Service Providers and HR. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive cost optimization.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process across assigned indirect categories.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand business needs and lead procurement initiatives.
• Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers, benchmarks and industry best practices.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial terms and business outcomes.
• Manage complex commercial and legal agreements while minimizing contractual risks.
• Identify and lead cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
• Review, renew and manage supplier contracts in compliance with procurement policies.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement including software
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in budget management, cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex legal and commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law or a related field – an advantage.
