About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to bridge commercial insights, supply chain, and global market execution.
In this role, you will analyze business performance, streamline order fulfillment processes, and partner with cross-functional teams worldwide to support business growth.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying trends, operational gaps, and growth opportunities.
Planning & Forecasting: Support demand forecasting, commercial planning, and budget control processes.
Operational Execution: Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, aligning customer priorities with Supply Chain and Operations teams.
Cross-Functional Interface: Act as a focal point between global Sales teams, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations.
Data-Driven Insights: Build structured reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain / Planning.
High analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and business orientation.
Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint skills.
High level of agility with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English (written and verbal) – daily communication with global interfaces.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM/BI platforms – Advantage.
Background in a global industrial, manufacturing, or consumer goods (FMCG) company – Advantage.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain / Planning.
