We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented IT Finance Lead to serve as a key interface between Finance and Information Technology, support strategic transformation initiatives, and enable business value through effective technology solutions. Subject to demonstrated performance, capabilities, and business needs, the role may provide a potential opportunity for future progression into broader leadership responsibilities within the Finance IT domain.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge, project leadership expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead complex transformation programs in a global environment. They will act as a trusted partner to Finance leadership while shaping the future technology landscape supporting financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in Finance, IT, or Finance Transformation environments.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, controlling, financial reporting, accounting, and planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including influencing without authority, driving change, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and business-oriented approach.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification in Accounting (CPA), Project Management (PMP), or related disciplines.
• Experience with SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO, Group Reporting, SAC Planning, BPC, or similar platforms).
• Experience in Finance Digital Transformation, ERP implementations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
• Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and finance technology solutions.
• Experience working in global and multicultural organizations.
