Leading the projects and the team, incl. communication with the customer as to his business requirements and expectations:
· Manage a group of 5-10 C++ developers
· Create and enforce procedures and methodology
· Will fully understand the existing solution and will be able to guide the team members
· Work closely with customers
· Be responsible for everyday operations of the team: managing open bugs, prioritize tasks,
focal point for escalations, be on top of upcoming deliveries, etc

Skills & Experience needed:
· Relevant experience as a Development Manager
· Experience in the next technologies: Linux, C++, OOP, multithreading.
· Background as a C++ engineer
· Fluent English
Advantage:
· Experience in the financial industry and algorithms
· Experience in High performance or High load software systems, code optimization and latency measurement
· Exposure to a wide range of systems, software and libraries.
· Scripting experience (bash, python)
· Worked / Lived in the EU or US
· Relevant experience as a Development Manager
