RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the strategy and setup of all Facebook Ads campaigns.
Be an active part of the marketing department, generating leads and sales using
Facebook Ads.
Plan landing pages and lead forms to ensure a well-structured funnel, coherent with ad creatives and audiences.
Test variations of ads, audiences and campaign types to determine best performing ones.
Be responsible for continuous monitoring of results and optimization.
Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels.
Measure and optimize advertising results using dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and company standards.

3+ years of experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in an agency.
Experience managing budgets over $10,000 per month is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple ad accounts simultaneously.
Ability to take ownership of Facebook campaigns, from research and planning to execution, reporting and optimization.
Good written communication skills.
Graphic design skills using Canva.
Detailed-oriented and organized.
Enjoys learning new things.
Must stay on top of current trends and updates in PPC / Social Media fields.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, strong analytical skills and experience working with data to optimize ad performance.
French, Italian, or Spanish languages - an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - an advantage.
