Architect and execute a high-level strategy for our bank's data ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals
Spearhead the development and continuous refinement of tools and systems, enhancing our operational efficiency and technological prowess
Champion the bank's data initiatives both internally and externally, serving as a pivotal figure in data-related forums and discussions
Manage and nurture a sizable team, defining clear objectives, ensuring resource availability, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Deep understanding and practical experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and cutting-edge data technologies, including AI and Machine Learning
Proficiency in project management and agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in tools like Jira and Confluence
Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale projects and transformations within complex organizational structures
A track record of managing teams of 50+ employees and effectively interacting with diverse stakeholder groups
Familiarity with a broad spectrum of data technologies and tools such as ETL, Pyramid, SAS, Python, BO, Cloudera, MongoDB, and cloud solutions
Deep understanding and practical experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and cutting-edge data technologies, including AI and Machine Learning
