🛠️ Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely support and solutions to internal IT challenges.
🔒 Deploying and enforcing security services across our IT infrastructure and user systems to safeguard against potential threats.
📦 Managing purchasing and IT inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

🌟 7+ years of experience managing IT teams within a global environment, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve common goals.
💻 In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including operating systems, networking, virtualization, and security protocols, with proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments.
🤖 Automation or scripting capabilities to streamline IT processes and enhance operational efficiency.
🔒 Experience with leading IT security platforms and solutions, such as Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, and Cloud Flare, to ensure robust cybersecurity defenses.
🛠️ Proven experience navigating complex IT environments and implementing innovative system solutions to address business needs.
📊 Familiarity with Office 365 tools, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, and monitoring systems, as well as experience with MS Azure AD, Intune, and XDR for comprehensive IT management.
💬 Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
🚀 Project management skills to drive IT initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
🎯 Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must-have requirement for this role.
