Managing sales team in Europe and USA
Responsible for closing sales deals through negotiation with leading managers.
Maintain quarterly forecast to achieve annual goals.
Working in cooperation with other departments on sales opportunities
Understanding the Global Automotive Industry work processes (OEM, Tier1)
Manage sales pipeline using a CRM system.
Managing e-commerce activity
Ability to develop business plans and analyze market trends.
Developing new markets, products, and services
Reporting directly to the CEO
