As the Technical Manager, you will oversee one of our tech departments, ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of technical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our internal users. You will lead a team of talented professionals and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an Technical manager or similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for end-users.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices is a plus.
Prior experience in a call center is a plus.
