JOB PURPOSE
To act as the key contact for WRL customer base1
Ensure sales order fulfilment
Interface between Israeli customers, WRL sales team and the chemical suppliers (mainly base1d in Germany)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as first point of contact for all enquiries
Prompt processing and progression of customer order to ensure customer requirements are met.
Establishing strong relationships with customers in order to optimize WRL business opportunities
Efficient and prompt handling of customer complaints.
Maintaining close contact with internal departments, Export, logistics, supply chain to ensure that the needs and requirements of our customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS: & EXPERIENCE
A good standard of education alongside two years minimum experience within a similar sales support or customer support role - required
Good knowledge of SAP/Priority - required
Excellent PC skills are essential including MS office – required
Good understanding of the relevant market/customer base1 along with Supply Chain processes – advantage
Knowledge in import procedures – advantage
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
