A Global Hi-Tech organization based in Rehovot is looking for a Certification Coordinator
Job Location: “Science Park”, Ness Ziona.
Employment type: Full time, Hybrid.
The position is suitable for candidates who interested to be exposed to administration and operation processes in a leading global hi-tech organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a daily contact with interfaces in IL and abroad.
- Leading the organizational operation for the certification program.
- Leading a follow-up meeting with senior managers globally to monitor their employee's progress.
- Providing service to employees/managers regarding the certification program and how to operate it.
- Leading the data quality:
• Generating reports from various systems, analyzing and presenting them to managers.
• Performing data update.
• Performing quality controls.
• assigning appropriate programs for employees.
- The position is temporary due to maternity leave.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew - Both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in administration or operation or project management positions - Mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, Customer service, Project management and Communication Skills in a dynamic environment.
- Result-driven and analytical, with excellent MS Office knowledge: Pivot and VLOOKUP - Advantage.
- High ability to work with various information systems.
- Ability of working independently, learn quickly and analyze data processes.
- Availability for full time position. The position is intended for both women and men.
