Overseas Operations Manager - relocation position to Germany/Belgium
**Position Summary: **
As an Overseas Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion into international markets. Your expertise will guide the acquisition process, ensuring a seamless integration of operations and culture between our company and the newly acquired entity.
**Key Responsibilities: **
**Understand and align with our company's vision and values to ensure consistency in operations across borders.
- **Develop a comprehensive knowledge transfer and training plan to facilitate the sharing of best practices, technologies, and processes.
- **Craft a detailed operational strategy for the overseas entity, including setting up IT systems, supply chain management, and compliance with local regulations.
- **Lead the operational due diligence and the post-acquisition integration process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, suppliers, and customers.
- **Monitor and report on the performance of overseas operations, making recommendations for improvements and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
- Performed a meaningful role in a European Industrial company, preferably in Germany (preference of experience working in the semiconductor components domain – understanding needs and constraints – manpower; safety; quality control)
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of the pipe/metal fabrication process and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Previous Employer (advantage): Exyte; Jones Engineering; Bechtel; iMEC; Mercury

- Proactive and leadership-oriented, capable of excelling in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
- Highly organized and disciplined manager with hands-on experience, proficient in utilizing knowledge-sharing tools.
- Israeli background with experience in Europe, particularly Germany, is a plus.
