🌎 What You’ll Do:
• Lead complex business projects with U.S. clients from start to finish
• Develop and execute bold business development strategies to grow our American footprint
• Plan and manage culturally tailored marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships across industries
• Take ownership of U.S. tender processes – from drafting to submission and follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the bridge between global and local operations
• Report directly to executive leadership, offering insights that shape our U.S. market strategy

🌎 What You’ll Do:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business development or project management in global markets (U.S. experience required)
• Proven track record of leading marketing campaigns and client-facing projects in the American market
• Experience managing tenders in the U.S. – strong plus
• Native-level English – written and spoken
• Exceptional team leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree (required), Master’s (a plus)
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones
