A leading global manufacturer is seeking an Operations Quality Team Manager to lead PQE activities at our systems plant. This role involves driving product quality improvements, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating closely with production, engineering, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Product Quality Engineering (PQE) team.
Drive quality improvements through data analysis and process control.
Manage MRB activities, audits, and compliance with ISO 13485 & FDA regulations.
Conduct real-time manufacturing investigations and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain during NPI and change management.

8+ years as a Product Quality Engineer & 2+ years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Fluent English; strong leadership and communication skills.
