Education: B.Sc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
7+ years of embedded software development experience.
2+ years of team leadership, including multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in C/C++ and real-time programming (RTOS, bare metal).
- Strong knowledge of embedded communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, analyzers, signal generators.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) for automation.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire engineers across software and test domains.
- Strong sense of ownership and execution.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
