over 3 years of experience in office administration or facilities management, ideally in a global or fast-paced company
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
A "can-do" attitude, team spirit, and strong sense of ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (spoken and written).

Manage daily office operations — inventory, food orders, supplies, maintenance, and more.
Be the go-to person for all office needs and logistics.
Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and employee events.
Plan and execute in-house and off-site activities and team events.
Support company welfare and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.
