We are looking for a talented Escalation Engineer to join our global support group.
In this key role, you will debug and resolve complex customer issues, work closely with engineering and delivery teams, and help improve product stability and supportability.
Act as Tier-3 technical focal point for critical customer escalations
Debug, reproduce, and resolve complex software, networking, and storage issues
Analyze logs, SQL queries, and performance data to identify root causes
Collaborate with R&D teams to drive long-term fixes and improvements
Build and maintain lab environments simulating real customer setups
Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge base
Participate in RCA sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
