Your key tasks:
● Develop and maintain overall technical relationships with customers.
● Visit customers frequently to help design products with high performance and low-cost recommendations. Secure design wins and provides customer feedback to internal teams.
● May be required to interface with the Quality Engineering (QE) team to help address quality issues at the local level.
● Conduct testing to replicate failure, inspect product and perform preliminary failure analysis upon request.
● Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries
● Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of BizLinks products.
● Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.
● Assist with the development and growth of our company and engineering resources.
