Work closely with engineering and product team in the design and implementation of data-driven algorithms that enhance the performance of our system 
Work with large-scale data and support scientific experiments to improve and validate the algorithm performance 
Own end-to-end workflows—from conducting exploratory research and building and validating machine learning models to deploying production-ready solutions and monitoring performance in real-world environments. 
Developing and using machine-learning techniques, visualizations, and statistical analysis to gain insight into various data sets – some of which are readily available, and some of which we create and curate ourselves 
Help guide teams in researching, designing, simulating, and/or prototyping new algorithmic product features according to business needs
