Own and lead all acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels
Manage and grow a cross-functional marketing team (media, content, automation, SEO, design, and more)
Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, measurement, and optimization to drive growth
Define KPIs, track CAC, LTV, ROI and deliver clear reporting on marketing performance
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align user acquisition with product value
Maintain and evolve consistent brand presence across platforms and campaigns
Continuously experiment with new channels, tactics, and creative strategies to optimize funnel performance

At least 4-5 years of Experience in a similar role in a high-tech/multidisciplinary company-MUST
