Alpha TAU Medical – a dynamic medical device start-up developing breakthrough
technology (AlphaDaRT) to treat solid cancer tumors – is looking for an IT Support
Specialist.
As an IT Support, you will provide day-to-day technical support to the team, ensuring
smooth operation of hardware, software, and office IT systems. We are looking for a
motivated, service-oriented individual with good communication skills and eagerness to
learn.
On-site position
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and
network issues.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and workstations.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and
software.
• Monitor IT systems and escalate issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Maintain IT inventories and track equipment.
• Assist with backup procedures and basic data security practices.
• Support IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Document common issues and solutions to improve IT knowledge base.
