A Global Sales Director in Europe and Asia to lead the company’s sales strategy and execution.
The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the company’s global sales activities and achieving significant annual growth targets through a network of international distributors and sales agents.
The suitable candidate will report to the CEO of the company.
Lead Global Sales Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement annual sales plans, revenue targets, and go-to-market strategies.
o Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to deal closure and payment.
o Drive growth across existing and new market segments.
Manage Distributors and Sales Agents
o Recruit, train, and support international distributors and sales representatives.
o Monitor performance, set targets, and establish incentive programs.
o Participation in exhibitions and conferences
Market Expansion and Business Development
o Identify new business opportunities and emerging applications in the RF/Fiber market.
o Expand the company’s global presence in key regions (Europe, Asia and Israel). o Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers. 4. Internal Collaboration
o Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
o Contribute to product positioning and technical sales presentations.
Reporting and Forecasting
o Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking through CRM tools: Zoho, Priority.
o Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
o Analyze trends and performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
o Responsible for customer complaints and requests (tickets) with coordination with the VP R&D. Required Skills and Qualifications:
