We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across development, operations, and product.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of emerging technologies including blockchain and AI, alongside hands-on experience with automation tools and project orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and delivery.
Bridge communication between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Oversee and implement workflow automations using tools like Make (Integromat), HubSpot, and Slack.
Drive continuous improvement in systems and internal processes.
Utilize a high-level understanding of development environments to inform workflows and decision-making.
Contribute to blockchain and AI-related projects and strategy.
Manage resources, track timelines, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

1+ years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
Broad understanding of development languages, frameworks, and tech infrastructure.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar.
Strong understanding of blockchain and AI technologies (practical experience preferred).
Native-level English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Background in product or operations management.
Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies.
Familiarity with additional tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Jira.
Multitasking in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Broad understanding of development languages, frameworks, and tech infrastructure.
